Very disappointing. Referred to Dr by two sources for my dad. No way to reach a person when a new patient calls -- you want to verify insurance, etc. when considering a new doctor. You leave a message (or several) and wait to see if the call will be returned in a few days. By a rude person who makes it clear they could care less about patients or patients time. I checked other review sites and found disrespecting the patients time (wait time, reaching them on phone, scheduling issues/errors, etc.) is a common experience. Potential metastasized Cancer doesn't wait 3 months for an initial appointment. I let the two referrals and the cancer center know not to refer anyone to this office if they expect treatment. Very sad as most actual comments about the Dr. himself are so positive! But if you can't reach the Dr when needed, how good the Dr is really doesn't matter, does it?

Great doctor who you can trust completely. Friendly and very straightforward with you. Plus when you are in real need for his services, he is always ready to help even if it means that other patients have tu wait a little longer

When I have questions about my test or any other questions related to my condition Dr Himsl will answer my concerns fully and easy for me to understand and he also explains what we’re seeing on the screen during the test. Thank you Dr Himsl.

Mt wife and I felt very comfortable with Dr
Himsil's knowledge, calm and confidence as well as his confidence in Dr. Desai.
His Surgery Hospital was comfortable and quiet and the day of surgery was over before I knew it. Post Op care was excellent from surgery til present (3 months post hence). I haven't had any incontinence issues.
Dr. H is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Himsl is exceptionally knowledgeable. More importantly, he is an excellent communicator wha spends the time to explain options. As a patient if his for many years, I am grateful for his expertise and his patient dilligence in making sure I understand.

I would not trust or feel nearly as comfortable with any other urologist than Dr Himsl. After nearly 20 years as his patient, I can say that his thorough thoughtful explanations and conservative yet data driven approach to observation and treatment gives me great confidence that I am under the best care I could expect in medicine especially these days when it seems physicians do not have the time to truly listen to and “treat” a patient.

Even though Dr. Himsl is very busy and popular and our visit was short, Dr. Himsl was productive, efficient and to the point. He’s a very good doctor.
